Our practices to ensure that this philosophy is maintained include;
- Holding regular customer reviews, and incorporating feedback into our business practices
- Customizing our procurement or service delivery procedures to meet the specific needs of our clients
- Providing relevant technical consultation on an ongoing basis
- Establishing clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are reviewed and modified as needed on a continuous basis
- Developing a clear and thorough understanding of our customers’ business requirements and sharing responsibility for satisfying those requirements as they relate to IT
- A dedicated account team, including an Account Manager, Account Representative, Service Delivery Manager, Primary Technical Consultant, and Technical Team Lead as appropriate
- Active involvement of Microserve upper level management with decision making capacity in each account
- Acquiring and maintaining new product authorizations and technical certifications requested by clients
