Candidate Assessment

Armed with an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our clients’ business needs, we follow a comprehensive resource pre-screening process which includes as applicable;

1. Develop a position description and/or profile, which will reflect the responsibilities of the position, as well as the experience and the skills required.
2. Activate multiple recruitment channels, including but not limited to direct recruiting, referrals, multimedia advertising, searching our internal database and external databases, in addition to other networking.
3. Schedule an interview with potential candidates to better understand their interests and personality.
4. Consult with a member of our technical team to validate the candidates’ skill set, and possibly arrange for separate technical interviews.
5. Conduct three professional reference checks prior to resource submission to the client.
6. Guide the candidate through a personality profile evaluation to help ensure that the resource is a good cultural as well as technical fit.
7. Ensure that the resource has met all the required security clearance for the position.
